How do I know Bliss Filter will fit on my shower?
Bliss Filter fits the standard thread size for shower heads in the US at 1/2 inch NPT. If your shower head is locally bought, Bliss Filter will fit.

How easy is it to install?
Bliss Filter installs in just 4 steps! No plumber needed. Everything you need comes in the box.
Step 1: Flush your Bliss Filter
Hold your Bliss Filter under a tap and turn the water on to flush out the extra carbon particles. This may turn your water black/grey in the beginning, but don’t worry, keep flushing for approx. 20 seconds, turn it over and flush in the opposite direction.
Step 2: Remove your Existing Shower Head
Remove the existing shower head from the arm, by turning it anti clockwise. This is usually done by hand; however, you may need a wrench if your shower head is on too tight. Peel away any old tape and clean the threaded pipe.
Step 3: Apply Plumber’s Tape
Apply the included tape tightly around your Bliss Filter’s thread and the shower arm’s thread (approximately 3-5times).
Step 4: Time to Install Your Bliss Filter
Install your Bliss Filter onto the shower arm by turning it clockwise (hand tight), then install your shower head, also turning it clockwise (hand tight). If additional tightening is required, tighten with a wrench.

How often do I need to replace my filter?
Your filter should be changed at least once every 4-6 months (on average) in order for it to work properly. Your filter traps many physical and chemical contaminants throughout it’s use.

I was just about ready to cut my long hair into a bob and this thing is saving my hair. The hard water in my shower over time was getting my hair more damaged than dying it in the past ever had. I constantly wore my hair up and if I let it down it would fall in tangled combined pieces - it wasn't worth the effort even though ive waited so long to grow out my natural undyed hair to this length. Also my skin would basically stick to itself during and after my shower it was sooooo clammy. Here's to hoping my hair continues to heal
We have a well with hard-ish water - not too crazy. I have long, 2B wavy hair that is colored and highlighted. I use moisturizing everything and multiple Olaplex products to try to hydrate my hair, but the midlengths down are so DRY. Tried this filter and I'm stunned. My hair feels SO much softer and looks shinier. No change in hair products, just this filter. Ironically my hair stays cleaner longer because my scalp isn't overproducing oil to moisturize my scalp/hair. If you're a fellow curly girl, you know you can't wash your hair too often. I can wear my hair down for three days now whereas before by day 2 I had to hide the greasy roots by wearing it up. YAY!
This is the greatest purchase I have made in a long time. My skin is softer and my hair is oh so clean. Before this, it always felt like it had too much product in it. This falls into the category of I wish I had installed this years ago. This shower filter was very easy to install, fits my space easily. But, best of all, the water quality was instantly improved. And, over the last couple of weeks of use, I feel a huge difference in my skin and hair. Even in very dry conditions, this has immediately improved my skin so that after a shower I'm no longer feeling dry skin and itchy. Not sure about my hair quality but I'm hoping that it will help to limit any additional hair thinning, etc. Installation was very easy, just follow the instructions. I bought another one for the other shower in the house, and again, very easy to install.
